The following terms apply for all items marked as clearance on our website... otherwise known as clearance merchandise. No other terms or conditions will apply or be recognized. Furthermore, If you ordered from us, you will have to manually agreed to the following terms and conditions, which are legal and binding in all of the US States.

If you dont agree, please search Google for another retailer... and do not order from us. If you order Clearance Merchandise from us online... they you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  1. ONLINE ORDERS & PAYMENTS ONLY - Clearance pricing is valid on orders placed online using a credit card or paypal for payment. Clearance pricing does not apply to phone orders or orders with mail-in payment options. Sorry.

  2. LIMITED QUANTITIES - Because items are being sold at / or below cost, we are enforcing a limit of one of each item per customer or household. That means you can not buy more then one of a particular item. If you order more then one of the same item, you will be recharged at full price for each addition item. Our Clearance pricing is for end user retail customers. Want to buy case quantities for reselling, contact us for wholesale pricing.

  3. TIME OF SALE - In order to obtain clearance pricing, you must order during the time the offer is active. Clearance pricing will not apply to previously placed orders. Sorry. Sale may end without notice at any time.

  4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - All purchases for Clearance Merchandise is done so at Final Sale. That means ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we will not accept any returns on Clearance Merchandise for any reason. No refunds, No Store Credits, No Exchanges, No order cancellations, etc.

  5. NO RETURNS - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE FOR ANY REASON. Clearance Merchandise is sold AS-IS and is FINAL SALE.

  6. SOLD AS-IS - All Clearance Merchandise is SOLD AS-IS... which is a legal term that denotes that the seller is selling, and the buyer is buying an item in new condition, and that the buyer is accepting the item "with all faults or defects if any", whether or not immediately apparent. As-Is is typical with "CLEARANCE SALES".

  7. NO PRODUCT WARRANTY - Clearance Merchandise is sold below cost, therefor SOLD NEW and AS-IS with NO WARRANTY of any kind.

  8. DISPUTES - Simply said, if you don't agree with these terms, do not order from us. If you ordered from us, you will have to manually agreed to all these terms and conditions, which is a legal and binding in all of the US States. So simply said... if you dont agree, please dont order from us. You can shop elsewhere for the item.

  9. SHIPMENT REFUSAL - If you refuse shipment you give us the right to charge you 25% restocking fee plus whatever shipping fees and service fees are incurred in shipping the item to you and returned back to us from your location. This applies to ALL clearance items.

Again, if you don't agree to the above terms, then you should not order from us. We will hold true to these terms that are legal and binding and we expect you to hold true as well.
