  • Un-Opened Merchandise Returns - If you have an item you ordered from our website which has not been opened and you would like to return, we will be happy to take it back.   • Opened Merchandise Returns - Unfortunately items that have been opened can NOT be returned for any reason other then for a defect exchange on qualifying merchandise. Because we can not re-sell opened merchandise therefor we do not accept returns of items that are opened. We do not take back merchandise because you bought the wrong size or because you bought an indoor item and you thought it was an outdoor item. Sorry
