7-DAY PRODUCT DEFECT WARRANTY

Please inspect your order and products immediately upon receipt of your order. We can not honor late warranty requests.
We warrant to the original consumer/purchaser that all Holiday Decoration products are thoroughly tested and inspected at time of manufacturing and is guaranteed to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for 7 days from date of delivery.
In the event an item is found to be defective within the 7-day warranty period, we, at our sole discretion, will repair or replace the product or provide you with another product or products of equal value. We do not issue refunds for defective merchandise. We only offer exchange in the event we can not repair or replace with the exact same item.
We will take care of the cost of repair/replacement and replacement shipping back to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item to our location and this is your responsibility. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx and insured. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged in transit if you do not isure it. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Any and all requests for return must be made by following the instructions in our [ Defect Retruns Policy ]. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent without a valid RMA will be returned to sender at the sender's expense. We are happy to repair or replace your defective item (at our discretion) if you request to return it within 7-days from date of delivery. This warranty is valid if and only if the product has been operated in accordance with the instructions provided with the product or as posted on this website. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from shipping, weather, neglect, unauthorized modification, damaged in consumer's possession, accident. misuse, abuse, or any action which constitutes a deviation from the instructions or the product's suggested / intended use. This warranty also does not cover Light Bulbs, LEDs, Batteries or other items which are easily replaceable locally.
If the item arrived damaged, then you need to contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to file an insurance claim.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
Our liability for defects in material and workmanship under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement, at our sole descretion and in no event shall this website, it's parent companies or partners be responsible for incidental, consequential, or contingent damages (except in those states that do not allow this exclusion or limitation) or refunds. This warranty is exclusive, and is made in lieu of any express or implied warranty. This warranty is valid only for products sold and used in the U.S.A.
