I have a defective item, how do I return it?

Gemmy Industries warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that all Airblown™ Inflatables and other Gemmy products are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment and is guaranteed to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. Please read the "Product Warranty" prior to submitting claim.

If you received a defective product within 30 days, and you have read the "Product Warranty" information, please fill out the form below accurately and completely to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) Number.

All requests beyond 30 Days must be handled with the manufacturer (Gemmy) Directly as instructed in the "Product Warranty".

Furthermore, I understand the "Product Warranty" is made and provided by the manufacturer alone. I understand BuyInlfatables.com roll in making good on warranty claims is strickly that of courtesy and only within the availability to do so. I understand that it is not BuyInflatables.com legal or moral obligation to remedy warranty claims, because it is a "Manufacturer's Warranty". I understand that BuyInflatables.com will either replace or repair my defective item based on their sole discretion, and done so as a courtesy if possible if the claim is filed within 30 days. I understand that after 30 days, all defect claims must be made to the manufacturer. I will not hold BuyInflatables.com responsible for any defect claims regardless of time frame.
