| How can I tell if an item has Free Shipping or not? |
Every item that qualifies for Free Shipping is indicated by a Free Shipping Emblem Graphic right under the product's pricing on the product's detail page.
If the item does not have the Free Shipping Emblem (shown above... the words Free Shipping in yellow on red background with shipping truck) then the item does not qualify for free shipping.

| How do I apply Free Shipping to my order? |
Free Shipping will be automatically applied to qualified items during the online checkout process. When you add products to your online shopping cart, an estimated shipping charge is shown... but right next to it it tells you that free shipping will be applied to qualifying items during the checkout process. You will be required to go through our website's checkout out to get the free shipping offer. Free shippping is NOT applied if you click on the yellow Paypal button or Paypal Express payments, because we can send this information to paypal. You can still pay with paypal by going throught our checkout system to get the free shipping, then select paypal as your payment option.

Yes, Shipping from us to you is FREE if you keep the item!
Because Fedex Ground charges us for shipping, when we ship the package to you it costs us money. As a courtesy, we will absorb the shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you if and only if you keep the item.
HOWEVER: If you return the item for any reason, then you are no longer entitled to Free Shipping, and the regular shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from your refund or you will be charged for shipping out a replacement in the event of exchanges.
Please note: All orders are charged a non-refundable $2.00 manditory Shipping Insurance Fee. This fee is per order not per item. Shipping Insurance protects you from loss or damage of your shipment. if you have a problem with a Fedex shipment, simply call 1-800-Go-Fedex and you can file a claim, or simply contact us and we will assist you with the claim.
That's the beauty of it all... There's NO CATCH! As long as you keep the item, you dont pay for shipping.
However, the following restrictions apply:
- Offer not valid on previously placed orders. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Offer not valid on orders with mail-in payments.
- Offer not valid on oversized items, clearance items, 25% off or more sale items, etc. If the item does not have the emblem it does not qualify for the Free Shipping.
- Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico APO/FPO or international orders.
- Offer not apply if you decide to return the item. If you return the item, then you are no longer entitled to Free Shipping, and the regular shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- If returning the item for a courtesy defect exchange, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any shipping incurred in the return of the defect and the shipping out of the replacement.
